Cabernet Sauvignon:
A medium body dry red wine with hint of blackcurrant. This wine goes great with steaks and red pasta dishes.

Merlot:
A medium body dry red wine lightly oaked that will go great with red meats, and chocolates.

Sedona:
A dry red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin, Cynthiana, and Rougeon. 100% off the vineyard in Chelsea, OK, this wine will go with heavier meals such as steak and potatoes.

Seyval Blanc:
Seyval Blanc is a simi-dry/sweet wine with hints of pear, apple and melons. this wine goes great with fish, light pastas, chicken and especially lobster.

Red Table Wine:
This sweet red wine is mad of Concord grapes and goes well with cheese, chocolate, and finger foods.

Catawba:
Catawaba is sweet blush wine which goes well with salads, turkey and chicken.
Gold Medal & Best Dessert wine Winner at the "taste of Taos" wine competition. Taos, NM.

Traminette:
This grape is blend between Seyval Blanc and Gewurtztraminer, but has all the characteristics of the Gewurtz. This lightly sweet acidic wind goes great with BBQ, Cajun Thai dishes.

Blackberry:
This sweet blackberry wine was made with local blackberries, and has a nice acidity which makes it perfect wine for all occasions.

Sooner Blush:
A blend of our Seyval Blanc and Catawba, this sweet blush is great to mix into a spritzer or by itself.

Black Label Seyval Blanc:
This dryer white wine is made from 100% grapes grown on our vineyard. Will go great with lighter dinners such as salads, chicken and fish.

Tempranillo:
This nice lightly oaked dry red wine will go great with the Holiday dinners. Traditionally this grape was the base in Spain's blended wine Rioja.
